Description

Soft, chewy cookies loaded with caramel chips and semi-sweet chocolate—a gooey twist on classic chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup caramel chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir in chocolate and caramel chips.
  6. Scoop dough and place on baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool & enjoy.
