- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- For the Cream Cheese Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth. Set aside.

Make the Pumpkin Batter:
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt, stirring until combined.

Assemble the Bars:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Pour half the pumpkin batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Add the cream cheese filling on top, then layer with the remaining pumpkin batter.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
