Description

    • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
    • ¾ cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
    • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Coating:
    • ¾ cup melted chocolate chips
    • Optional toppings: freeze-dried strawberry powder, white chocolate drizzle, or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Wash, chop, and cook strawberries over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until soft.
  2. Make the Ganache:
    • Mix the cooked strawberries with melted chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the Truffles:
    • Scoop and roll the chilled mixture into 2-inch balls.
  4. Coat the Truffles:
    • Melt additional chocolate and dip each truffle until fully covered. Add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes before serving.
